If you have a Google Pixel device (first or second generation) you should now be able to try out Google Lens in real time! Google Lens used to only be accessible through Google Photos and it would let you perform a Google Search of an object you took a picture of. Although it was handy it was limited in the amount of steps it took to take the picture and have it search for exactly what you wanted. Now you can open up assistant and click on the bottom right hand corner where you’ll see the “Lens” icon.
