The Google Pixel 4 Series was launched on October 15 at the Google Event.
The company confirmed at its launch event in New York City that with its new motion-sensing Soli module, both handsets will be the first to arrive. These will make the industry’s “fastest safe face unlock,” the company said, and a range of well-named gestures of Motion Sense. For example, if you walk away, the phone will power down and turn on as you jump back over. You can also switch music tracks, make silent calls and greet Pokémon with a quick wave on your home screen.
We got our hands on the Pixel 4 early, and here is how the features work out:
The Face Unlock is as secure as Apple’s Face ID although you can unlock device with eyes closed. The Motion Sensor, RADAR chip is a new tech that comes packed in the Pixel 4. Both the features might get improved over software updates, we will just have to wait and see.
