Google has finally started shipping Pixel 4a to India, and the device will be up for sale on Flipkart starting October 16th. The first sale price of the Pixel 4a is ₹29,999. However, after the first sale, the device price might increase.
But before you go on and wait for the Pixel 4a, get the specs first. On the front, you are getting a 5.81-inch OLED display with a punch-hole on the left. The punch-hole has an 8MP camera for the selfies. At the back, Google is following the same design as it was on Pixel 3a – a square module with a single 12.2MP camera. Even the sensor here is the old sensor we have seen on Pixels.
Inside, Google is using a Snapdragon 730G SoC, along with 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. The battery here is a 3,140 mAh in capacity and support 18W fast charging. Just like any other Pixel, you will not get an SD card slot here.
Along side, India is also getting the latest Google Nest Audio. The price of the Nest Audio is set around ₹7,999 with a ₹1,000 discount for a limited time.
The Pixel 4a is also under the same scenario. You will get the smartphone for ₹29,999 for a limited time, till the stock lasts. That is on the first sale, you might grab the device for the said price. However, later you might have to shell out ₹31,999.
Yes, Google has kept the price for around ₹32,000 for a Snapdragon 730G. And yes, the plastic build as well. Moreover, Samsung has M51. The smartphone has a decent price, around ₹5,000 less, comes with 64MP camera, 7000mAh battery, 25W charger inside the box, 8GB RAM, dual SIM and has plastic back anyways! Also, it includes a larger 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, a little bit of thickness thanks to the massive battery, and what not!
But if you just want an outdated camera, overpriced processor, smaller OLED display, smaller than the normal trend battery, but Stock Android experience, get ready to shell out some bucks!
