You can now own a Pixel 4a for just $9 from Google over a period of 24-months if you get the Google Fi subscription. The total cost of the device at the end of the 24-months time will be $216 which is way less than the normal price.
In addition, you can also add a protection plan for $6, which will increase the cost to $15 a month. This additional $6 will give you two incidental damage, and one time loss or theft claim in a year. Moreover, if you go with the protection plan, you will end up paying $11 extra than the normal price.
And if you are into getting this device for cheap but not the plan, then you are free to go with that. But do note that there are some caveats with this offer. First, you will not get the Google Fi bundled despite the name. You have to get the plan separately. Secondly, you cannot pre-pay full amount at once at a later date as well. If you are a Fi user already, the phone will be added to your monthly bill as well.
At the time of writing, only Pixel 4a lies under this offer. The Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G doesn’t come under this plan.
