Looks like Google has decided to up its game and give the Pixel 6 Pro better-charging support. up until now, Google has only shipped the same 18W USB PD charger year after year.
Last month, there were rumors about the Pixel 6 series to come 33W support. According to the recent listing on Taiwan’s NCC database, the Pixel 6 Pro will come with 33W charging speeds.
On the certification filing from the NCC’s website, we can see that that the handset will support the following charging seeds: 5V/3A (15W), 9V/2A (18W), 9V/3A (27W), and 11V/3A (33W).
But there is no information regarding where the entire Pixexl6 series will come with the support for 33W. Meanwhile, there are also rumors of the series to not include a charger in-box. Let’s wait to know more.
