Google has been working on a 2nd-gen Pixel Stand for this latest Pixel 6 for a while now. Now, we have new leaks giving firsts looks on the stand and a new case.
Furthermore, the leaked images by Evan Blass via Twitter was seen that the 2nd-gen Pixel Stand is larger and has better upgrades than its predecessor launched with the Pixel 3 in 2018. The latest stand has a curved rear and non-circular base, it’s rumored that this helps to house the 23W powered charger.
This latest Pixel Stand UI shows the date and day in the top-left corner; next, there are the media controls and grid of smart device controls. Along with shortcuts of “Performance mode” and “Quiet mode” at the bottom.
Moreover, Google has also been working on a power brick, there won’t be any upgrades except for an engraved Google Logo. The leaks also show Google’s first-party case for the Pixel 6. The case has a squishy, shock-absorbing exterior that’s translucent and a hard plastic interior.
There has also been news the company will not be including a charger with the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, following similar patterns as the other flagship handsets. Although there is still a chance that the 2nd-gen Pixel Stand will come with one. Further information on the price and availability might be given in the coming days.
