Google has been building up hype around the launch of its Pixel 6 Series for some months now. There have been advertisements, posts, invites, and even open forms to build up its ever-growing “Pixel Superfans” community. Now, Google is having yet another virtual event.
This virtual event named “Tech Talk” will be held compete with a host for 90 minutes and start at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET on October 19th along with the Pixel Fall Event. This event is an exclusive for the Pixel Superfans to ” learn about Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro from the product teams who made them.”
Furthermore, this event will be giving the first looks at the features, design inspiration, and how the phones were made. Event Preview includes:
- history of Pixel
- Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
- Pixel Software
- Pixel Camera
- + fun trivia
Moreover, Google is following a similar pattern as done with the Pixel 5a, but the past events were held in person at Googles Mountain View Campus. Although this Superfan event will be limited to only the first 10,000 superfans.
The event is longer and has much larger participation than expected but this is only indicative of how far Google has expanded its membership and hyped the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro launch. Google has only just sent the invite email this past week. Now Google has started sending the invites to the Superfans abroad(currently US-only).
