Owing to the tradition, Google is here with its new updates for the Google Camera app. This new update brings the 8.4 version of the app with features all the changes we get to see in the latest Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.
Features of Google Camera 8.4
Google has added a gear next to the chevron icon to make it clearer how swiping down from the top of the screen reveals settings. Given the corner front-facer on the Pixel 4a-5a, it’s centred instead of being positioned to the left.
Apart from this, Google has also included a the new “Manual Controls” section in settings. This allows users to enable or disable “Exposure.” It can also be used by those who prefer a viewfinder with less clutter on the right edge.
Meanwhile, “Timer light” under “Advanced” uses the rear flash as a countdown.

The Google Camera 8.4 is currently rolling out in the Play Store.
