Earlier this month, Google started rolling out its latest December 2021 Update on the Pixel devices. But with the month nearing its end, Google just announced a pause on the update for the Pixel 6 series.
According to the announcement by Google over its Support Page, Pixel 6 and 6 Pro users have reported call dropping or disconnecting after the December software update. After which the company made the decision to Pause the update.
While Google has identified the Fixes and improvements, the updates won’t be here until late January. For Pixel6 and 6 Pro users, who are currently facing issues with the December 2021 update, you can now revert to the previous software version using the Android Flash Tool (flash.android.com) and performing a factory reset. But do remember to Back-up your data first.
