Samsung had a huge launch event where it launches its latest flagship handset and tablet series. But looks like this time around, a lot more eyes were glued on the event than usual.
The company put out the Galaxy Tab 8 series for pre-orders back on Wednesday. Since then the demand for the Tabs, particularly the Tab S8 and Tab S8 Ultra has been too huge. So much so, that Samsung has finally decided to put a halt on the pre-orders for the Tab S8 and S8 Ultra.
As per the official statement, Samsung said:
“We are thrilled by the consumer response to our new Galaxy Tab S8 lineup. Due to the overwhelming demand in the last 48 hours, we will be pausing preorders at Samsung.com for the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S8. We are working quickly to meet consumer excitement and demand. Please stay tuned for more updates.”
While it’s really a good problem to have for the company, the US users can still order the Galaxy Tab S8+ for now.
