A few months back, Google announced and launched its Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. But they have to do something every year to keep the Pixels alive. So they start working on the next device, which begins from initial 3D modeling. And that 3D model of the rumored Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.
Twitter user xLeaks7 dared to leak the upcoming Pixel 3D models very early, which showcases that the design language of the device will remain somewhat similar to the Pixel 6 series. Although xLeaks7 did have its own share of the bad reputation of wrong information at times, this time they did prove themselves with the S22 Ultra leak, and everything was to the point, so this time we can trust them. The new leak is the CAD renders of the rumored Pixel 7, not the Pixel 7 pro specifically.
With the new design, we can see that Google is not going to use any third camera with the device this time as well .
As for the dimensions, the model shows a dimension for the said device of about 155.6 x 73.1 x 8.7 mm. Which is quite smaller than the current Pixel 6 but slightly larger than the upcoming Pixel 6a. A notable change is the mmWave antennae, for which Google will adopt a better cut-out, but will be hidden under a coating.
Other than that, OnLeaks has information on Pixel 7 Pro. The Pixel 7 Pro does look similar to the Pixel 6 Pro – same camera housing, same number of cameras, etc. For the measurement, this time the device will be thin at 163 x 76.6 x 8.7mm. However, in the renders, we can see that the camera lens is a bit on the bigger side. We have to see if the device will depict the same renders, or the design will change at the time of launch. In terms of the mmWave, Google will follow the same way it is going with the Pixel 7 and will get rid of the discolored plastic.
