Xiaomi has just announced that its 12 series smartphones will be available worldwide on March 15. The event will begin at 8 p.m. Beijing time (12 p.m. UTC) and will be broadcast live on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Xiaomi’s own website.

At the event, we can expect to see the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X, and Xiaomi 12 Pro. At this point, there’s little reason to believe that the long-rumored Ultra model will be present. At the event, Xiaomi may also unveil some new smart wearables, but we’ll have to wait for more teasers. In their base 128GB storage configurations, Xiaomi 12 series EU pricing is rumored to start at €600-700 for the 12X, €899 for the vanilla 12, and €1,099 for the 12 Pro.
