Google Pixel 6a: Receiving September update!

-

With the exception of the Google Pixel 6a, the first Android 13 security update started trickling out to eligible Pixel devices last week. The update for the Google Pixel 6a has arrived and is already rolling out, despite Google’s previous warning that it might be somewhat delayed.

The build number is TP1A.2209505.004.A2, and it is the September security patch. The update from last week included improvements for battery waste, a Bluetooth problem, and a notification bug. Google also pushed several enhancements to the in-display fingerprint scanner’s dependability and performance.

In-display scanners improved as a result of Google’s late-last-week release of the first QPR1 Beta build for Android 13 across Pixel devices. Downloading the most current update will enhance your use of the in-display scanner, whether or not you are a QPR1 Beta user.
