Pixel 7: Pre-Orders begin on October 6th!

-

Google has just announced that pre-orders for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will begin on October 6th in a comically “censored” first impressions video.

Google said earlier this month that it would hold a Pixel hardware event on October 6 to highlight the forthcoming Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel Watch. The same was confirmed in a recently leaked video which mentions that pre-orders for the Pixel 7 series will begin “on October 6, 2022,” in Small wording at the conclusion.

The latter portion of the video shows Google Pixel fans from all over the world receiving their first hands-on experiences with the Pixel 7 Pro and documenting them. Fans of Google’s phones, as you might assume, are all pleased with the design of the Pixel 7 Pro.

However, what truly sticks out about this first impressions video is how expertly Google blurred out the Pixel 7 Pro to hide it from view. Given that Google already unveiled the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro in May at Google I/O, the decision to censor the phones is intriguing. Until the very end of the movie, when we get a complete picture of the Pixel 7 Pro in the Hazel colorway, Google keeps this level of filtering in place.

Surely, Google’s advertising campaign for its most recent Android phones is just getting started. We may expect to see more brand-new commercials before and after the October 6th event since the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are scheduled to be officially revealed and made available for pre-order in just a few weeks.
