Today, a Pixel Watch ad video leaked giving a look at the features Google intends to emphasize with its first Wear OS 3 wearable. The ad was shared by SnoopyTech on Twitter.
The Pixel Watch’s thickness is first clearly seen from the side in the video, which is followed by pictures of the spinning crown and the bezel with the display. The first feature shown is the “Sleek design,” which comes in “3 finishes”: matte black, silver, and gold.
Moving on the “Track Heart Rate” displays a graph in the Fitbit app/experience along with a notification for reaching the “Active Zone Minutes” target. “Get directions” demonstrates Maps for Wear OS, and a further notification states that “Google Pixel Watch and associated phone must use the same carrier network,” which is typical cellular smartwatch behavior.
Take calls from your wrist, use “Hey Google” Assistant commands to operate the smart home, and “Check out” with Google Wallet are all available features.
The taglines “Help by Google” and “Health by Fitbit” are the main features of the Pixel Watch advertisement.
