After a massive success with the Vivo X-series devices, Vivo has now announced a new generation Vivo X90 series with better specifications, along with Dimensity 9200, more power to the camera. Well, the camera is the selling point for this smartphone, so why not just look into it and see what Vivo has to offer this time?
Vivo X20 Series – Specifications, Differences.
Coming to one of the most critical parts – display. This time, you get a massive 6.78-inch AMOLED curved display with QHD+ resolution. On the top, you get the regular 120Hz refresh rate. Bear in mind, both X90 and X90 Pro will carry this display specification. On the inside, you will see the new MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC.

Other than that, there are some major differences between the two devices – the camera.
The Vivo X90 comes with a Sony IMX866 50MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.75 with OIS. Other than that you get a 12MP Ultra-wide IMX663 sensor whereas the same sensor is used for the 12MP telephoto lens as well.

On the other hand, the Vivo X90 comes with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 with an aperture of f/1.75. Alongside, you get a 48MP IMX598, two telephoto lenses – 50MP IMX758 and a 64MP periscope with 90mm lens with 3.5x optical and 100x digital zoom.
The other new addition to the entire x90 series is the new V2 ISP for better shots and image processing. As for the battery, the X90 will come with a 4,810mAh battery, whereas the X90 Pro will get a 4,870mAh battery. Out of the box, both devices feature 120W fast charging. However, there is another factor that differentiates the X90 from the X90 Pro – lack of wireless charging. The Vivo X90 Pro comes with a 50W wireless charging capability as well. Out of the box, you also get OriginOS 3.0 with Android 13.
Vivo X90 series – Pricing, Colors, and availability
The Vivo X90 will come with a price tag of CNY 3,699 for the 8/128GB variant, whereas the 12/512GB will have a price tag of CNY 4,999, and will be available in Black, Blue, and Red colors.



On the other hand, the Vivo X90 Pro will come with a price tag of CNY 4,999 for the 8/256GB variant whereas the 12/512GB variant will go as high as CNY 5,999, and will be available in Red and Black.


The Vivo X90 series is currently on pre-orders right now and will start shipping on December 6th. This is just for the Chinese market only. However, there are not words for the international market as of now.
